This is the amazing animated fim from René Laloux and Roland Topor. I've posted about this before at Fantastic Animation. It is currently online, dubbed in english, across the above links.
You can download the soundtrack from this post at filmtracks. The site has a lot of amazing film scores, don't miss Howard Shore's score of Videodrome which has an awesome noise track at the end titled "Welcome To Videodrome" mixed with the creepy ambient music from the film near the end. You should also check out Ennio Morricone's score of The Thing.
