I loved this book *so much* even if it was a bit goofy on the science side. And the Night Stalker was statted up for an issue of White Dwarf.

Wow every single one of those pages are burned into my brain even though I haven't thought about that book in what must be decades. Thanks for posting this!

I like the style. Reminds me of the natural field-guides aimed at a younger audience, that I looked at as a kid ... but more twisted ;)
Cool.

How fun! I've never even seen this book before but now I'm gonna buy it cause it reminds me of things I loved as a kid. :)

I remember this book was featured on that "Ripley's Believe It or Not" show hosted by Jack and Holly Palance back in the early 80s. My parents got the book for me back then and it's been following me from apartment to apartment ever since--as I type this, its sitting on a shelf not three feet from me. A great work of imagination.

I lived on this book when I was little.
I even made my own cryptozoology comic based on it.

Another gem! I wish I'd seen this when it first came out so I could have snatched it up!
