yeah, the sizes really need to be set back how it used to be. the images are waaaay too huge. this is one of my favorite art blogs out there, but i haven't really been around since the change because, frankly, i can't see the images as a whole, just in sections as i scroll down. it was a good experiment, but i'm not sure it's working. again, tho, i LOVE this blog and really appreciate everything you put into it.
Thanks for the feedback and I apologize for the inconvenience of the site design experiment. Elastic/liquid site design for blogger is proving more of a hassle than I'd anticipated and there is a surprisingly small amount of design information on it online. I've been experimenting for the last few weeks on editing the html and css code to function in a liquid design with little success. I'm not greatly familiar html although I use it extensively in its raw form and I know very little about css, so it's been tricky on my part to recreate the template from its insides out. I wish there was a default elastic template for blogger but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be. I think it is the future of internet design so it should only be a matter of time before this sort of thing catches on. If I can't get the site to run in an elastic design I'll be downsizing it from its current 1500 pixel width to somewhere between 1,000-1,200 to make it rum better on smaller screens.
My screen res is 1440x900 and the way I get around it is simply by using the "zoom" feature in Firefox. I'm sure IE has it also? Just hold down CTRL and press the "-" button. If you don't clear your browser history these settings will remain in place just for this site. :)
I love this site -- I appreciate all your hard work Aeron. I would prefer the old format too, but I'm willing to keep visiting while you experiment to try to get the look you want. It's worth it.

I have this print signed and framed! It was a gift from my parents when I was a kid. I wonder if it's worth anything now?
