A couple times I've watched a Dune/Apocalypse Now double header. This may seem odd, except for the fact that both films feature a small white puppy. I think it's the puppy that qualifies Dune as horror. Remember how Kurtz in Apocalypse says "The horror. The horror." Maybe that's where they got the idea to include Dune on this machine?
