John Isaacs
Some of the more wretched and peculiar artworks I've seen in awhile. Golem like figures, mutilated elephants, and the morbid remains of something giant are some of the oddities that populate this freakshow of sculpture and installation artworks.

Quite oddly, I just saw this "golem" yesterday in Lille. It's actually covered with rock, trees and lilliputian buildings. Great artwork (and great blog, congratulations)

Thanks, and was the face of the golem as terrifying as it is in the pictures? That thing is going to give me nightmares!

Actually, no, it was funny rather than scary. BTW I hope monsters don't give you nightmares, or you should consider changing your blog for a review of cute kittens.

Actually, things that are supposed to be sweet and funny usually give me nightmares, dolls, clowns, things like that. Just look at that face and tell me you don't want to run away in terror! http://www.aeroplastics.net/john_isaacs_show/isaacs_15_new.html

If I did a cute kitten blog it would probably have to involve them being in a stew and me reviewing what they taset like.
