Philippe Caza
Here is one of my favorite fantasy artists. Caza's pulp magazine style is a good example of the best Heavy Metal magazine ever had to offer.
His graphic novel "L'ÂGE D'OMBRE" is one of my favorites and has had a great influence in my own comic making. This site isn't in english but is easy enough to navigate through the various galleries of art.

d'holbachie Yoko
This Japanese artist paints incredibly colorful creatures that resemble candy mixed with toys. Really weird stuff.

Link found thanks to Jim Woodring.
And on the topic of Woodring, don't miss his incredible blog, "The Woodring Monitor".

Ben Towle - (Almost) 100 Demons
Just like the title says, almost 100 demons, 97 of them actually. Ben filled up a moleskine notebook with a demon per page and has collected the drawings into a mini comic. The comic will be available for 3 dollars at Heroes Con in Charlotte in a few weeks.

Gerard Justin Ferrari
There's some very peculiar sculptures of unusual objects in this gallery. The terra cotta sculptures in the "Orphaned Teapots" exhibit mixes the characteristics of living creatures with tea pots. Very interesting work.

Premysl Martinec
Martinec's drawings are filled with abstracted characters in surreal landscapes. There's a disturbing array of loosely rendered cartoonish characters bleeding from bizarre wounds.

Babette Wagenvoort
Babette has drawn hundreds of surreal drawings, many of which remind me of Roland Topor. You can see most of these in the daily drawing section of her site. She's made an incredibly large amount of work. Each of the images in her project section takes you to a unique selection of drawings. And her wall drawings are fantastic, check them out here.

Check out this drawing of a lizard with woman legs.

Brian Mckenzie
Brian has a fantastic blog where he's posted a selection of his bizarre prints. There is an emphasis on strange characters in costumes and odd creatures. Scroll down his blog to the "seven viruses" drawing, really amazing work. Be sure to check back often as I'm sure there will be much more strange imagery posted here in the future.
